Incoming Students

NEW: Webinar for incoming students

Are you interested in an exchange at the University of Mannheim, the best German University in Social Sciences in Germany (QS Ranking by Subject 2017)? Then join our webinar on 29 March, 2018, 11 a.m. (CET) by following this link and get useful information about the study programs, the course catalogue and English-taught classes, the School's empirical-analytical approach, as well as information regarding social life and job opportunities at the University of Mannheim.

You are considered an exchange student if you stay at the University of Mannheim for one or two semesters and then return to your home university to finish your studies. Since you don't obtain a degree from our university, you are classified as a non-degree-seeking student.

Mannheim is located in the centre of the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region: at the intersection of the three federal states of Baden-Württemberg, Hessen and Rhineland-Palatinate, the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region is characterized by a unique blend of innovative enterprises, outstanding scientific research and a culturally diverse lifestyle.

The International Office offers a range of general information for Incoming Exchange Students.
